Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, on Monday, called on Head of the Bavarian State Chancellery and Minister of State for Federal Affairs Florian Herrmann in Munich.
Sharma, who is on an official visit to Germany and the UK to attract foreign investment in Rajasthan, held a fruitful discussion over prospects of German firms’ participation in the three-day Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit in Jaipur to be held from December 9 to 11.
Issues of bilateral importance pertaining to economic ties, technological collaboration, and financial assistance also figured in the talks with the dignitaries.

Earlier in the morning, Chief Minister Sharma arrived at the Munich airport to a warm welcome from non-resident Rajasthanis (NRR).
A group of NRIs were present at the airport to receive the visiting chief minister along with an official delegation of the Rajasthan government.
The chief minister is accompanied by a high-level delegation to Germany to invite potential investors to Rajasthan. The delegation comprises Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari and high government officials.
